Effective Oct 28, 2026.

SLP Credits is a free list of CE courses for speech-language pathologists, plus a Tuesday email. This page says what we keep and why. It also says how to get it deleted.

What we keep

When you join the Tuesday email, we keep your email address. We also note which page or link you signed up from.

If you join the tracker preview list, the form also asks for three things:

  • Your role: Certified SLP, Clinical fellow, SLPA or Student.
  • The year your ASHA interval ends: 2026, 2027, 2028 or Not sure.
  • Your answer to the optional price question, if you give one. It's a question, not an offer. Nothing is charged.

Kit, our email service, keeps these with your email address. Kit also records when you open an email or click a link in it.

That's all we keep about you: your email address, where you signed up, your role, your interval end year, your optional price answer, and the opens and clicks Kit records.

The tracker itself isn't open yet. When it opens, the courses you type into it stay in your own browser, on your device. We don't keep them. They are never sent to us or to any server, so we can't see them. You type every entry and confirm the hours yourself. There's no certificate upload, and no AI reads anything you enter. The tracker has a button to export your entries and a button to clear them. Clearing your browser's site data also removes them.

What we never collect

We never ask for a license number, a Social Security number or anything about a patient. Please don't type them into the tracker or send them to us. If you send them to us, we delete them.

We never ask for your ASHA or state board login, and we never file anything for you.

Why we keep it

Your email is how we send the Tuesday issue and one note when the tracker opens. Role and interval year help us build the tracker for the people who asked for it. The price answer helps us decide on a fair price. Course entries stay in your browser so you can see your hours against 30, including the 1 ethics hour and the 2 hours in cultural responsiveness, self-reflection or collaboration (our short version of ASHA's rule).

Who handles it

Vercel hosts the site. It counts page visits for us. We see totals, not names.

Kit sends our email and stores the list.

Sponsors who pay us go through Stripe. We keep a copy of each sponsor payment record in private storage on Vercel: business name, email, product, amount and preferred issue date. If a sponsor sends us an ad through our form, we keep what they typed there too.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with course providers or advertisers.

Delete your data

Email hello@slpcredits.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your data. We delete it within 7 days of your request. Your tracker entries are only in your browser, so you delete those yourself with the clear button.

To stop the Tuesday email, click unsubscribe at the bottom of any issue. It takes one click. Unsubscribing stops the email. To have your data deleted too, email us.

Changes

If we change what we keep, we update this page and the date at the top first.
